TrainHeroic delivery
Program purchase, access, and workout delivery happen through TrainHeroic Marketplace and the TrainHeroic app.
No PDF downloads
This website does not currently provide PDF downloads or file delivery. Program access is intended to happen through TrainHeroic.
Self-guided training disclaimer
Programs are self-guided and do not include individual coaching or custom programming unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Refunds
Final refund rules, timing, exclusions, and support process will be published before launch.
Medical and training risk
