What's the difference between 2-day and 3-day +
Same phases and philosophy — the 3-day version adds a third weekly session for more volume and faster progress. Pick whichever fits your week; you can switch versions whenever you like.
Will lifting wreck my jiu-jitsu training +
No — that's the whole point. Volume is deliberately managed and loads are auto-regulated by RPE, so the work supports your mat time instead of leaving you flat for class and sparring.
What equipment do I need +
The strength programs assume a barbell, rack, bench and dumbbells. The mobility work needs no kit at all. Requirements are listed on each program page.
Can I stack programs +
Yes. Many grapplers run a main strength block alongside the mobility program, then move into a power or competition block as they approach a tournament.
