About BJJ Strong

Strength built for the mat — not the mirror.

BJJ Strong exists for one reason: to make grapplers harder to deal with on the mat. Every program is designed around the reality of training jiu-jitsu several times a week — real strength, mobility and conditioning that supports your BJJ instead of stealing from it.

The story

Built by a grappler who got tired of guessing.

Most strength advice for jiu-jitsu is borrowed from bodybuilding or powerlifting and bolted onto an already-full training week. It leaves you sore for class, beat up for sparring, and no better on the mat.

BJJ Strong started as a personal fix — programming that treats jiu-jitsu as the priority and builds strength, size, power and mobility around it. It worked, so it became a platform: structured blocks, a library of demo videos, and guides for the parts of performance most grapplers ignore.

No fluff. No copy-pasted bro splits. Just clear sessions that hold up when the round gets deep.

And every demo video in the library Filmed by Kieren himself — not some random fitness influencer in a rented studio gym.

What we believe

Three rules every program follows.

01

The mat comes first

Strength work is dosed to leave room for class, sparring and recovery — it serves your jiu-jitsu, never the other way around.

02

Clear beats clever

Every session is laid out plainly with a demo video for each movement. No decoding PDFs, no second-guessing form.

03

A path for every phase

From your first barbell to a competition peak, there's a block that fits your season — and a next one to stack.
